HOW IT WORKS
How do I get started?
Call us at 604-683-BLUE (2583) to start your delivery service or sign-up on our website. It’s quick and easy. If you are working in one of many offices where we already provide regular delivery service simply print the New Customer Form and include it with your first order.
Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
If you would like service in your office or residential building, call us to find out your drop-off/pick-up location.
Do I have to be present when the drop off or pick up is made?
No. Your delivery person will pick up and drop off your dry cleaning order at the designated locations at your home or office, without interrupting you.
How do I tell you about a special request or issue I have with my clothing?
Simply write your message on a large sheet of paper and put it in the bag with your order. Provide detailed instructions. You may also inform us of your overall preferences, such as starch level (none/light/med/heavy) and shirt service (hanging or folded).
What time should I pickup and drop off my clothes?
Downtown orders dropped off by 9:30 am will typically be returned in 2-3 business days and after payment is received. We will send you an email with the delivery date your clothes will be returned. Customers who use on-call service, and notify us by 9:30 am, will receive their order in 2-3 business days as well.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
Do you charge a delivery or membership fee?
There is no membership or delivery fee.
How do I pay for your service?
We will email you an invoice with your order details and itemized total. You can sign up to pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Do you have a price list?
Yes. Unlike many traditional dry cleaners, we provide a price list so you know what charges to expect. Standard Service prices are in the middle range of cleaners prices in downtown Vancouver. Call us if you have any questions on the price of a particular item.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have minimum orders. Our delivery service is free regardless of the order size, but in rare cases we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service to customers whose low order volumes persist over an extended period of time.
